And we Called It. Now what happens?

You can find information on those selected to the BOM on our BOM Members page. But now what happens? Well the new Superintendent seems to be immediately blaming teachers and school administration for the failures of the district. He has come right out and said there are bad teachers who do not deserve to be in the classroom. No metrics shared. No number of teachers this comment represents. No course of action defined. But all y’all teachers better watch out. The cleaning of house will begin by the end of this school year and you will not have jobs come August. This is purely a numbers game. Metrics will be defined and teacher will be cut all for a sound bite statement that X% of teachers have been removed, therefore the district will do better. Then everyone will be told to wait and see what happens.

This move is typical of a person with no plan. A person with no ability to support and build community. A person who’s only ability to manage comes from making changes, regardless of if they are good or bad. Get ready teachers and admin. You may get cut just because he needs good numbers to put in a press release. Mark our words, read our previous comments. We know this game and you are now a pawn in it.
